In this session we will review some basic organizational tips on how to plan out your season, while getting some ideas from a couple of our members who are hitting home runs year after year, all while keeping the artist in mind and aligning their budget with their mission, mandate, and values. The session will feature guest panelists Raeesa Lalani, Executive Director of Prismatic Arts Festival and Marshall Feit, Executive Director of Marigold Cultural Centre to speak about their approach to programming their seasons.
